Jeisys' corporate culture team recently successfully hold the "Mix and Match" program. This program aims to promote communication and collaboration among employees by mixing and matching various groups within the company.

Held over three sessions on October 16th, 17th, and 20th, the program targeted three groups: the 2023 new hires group, team leaders group, and key collaboration departments including domestic sales, marketing, and academic clinical teams.

For the new hires and team leaders groups, tailored education and team-building activities were conducted. After the program, a meal gathering was arranged to facilitate candid conversations and sharing of opinions among employees.

In the communication program for domestic sales, marketing, and academic clinical teams, participants reflected on their respective tasks and took time to express gratitude to colleagues they work with, encouraging each other and brainstorming ways to enhance collaboration. The majority of employees who participated in the program requested ongoing support for the program, with positive feedback.

Amid rapid growth and changing circumstances, unnecessary misunderstandings stemming from a lack of face-to-face interactions among employees have been resolved, paving the way for harmony and cooperation among employees.

Jeisys Medical's corporate culture team plans to continue operating the Mix and Match program, expanding it into a program that various employees can participate in, to promote internal networking and foster a healthy culture of collaboration within the company.
