Conducting 'Equipment Installation and Service Training' for overseas distributor engineers... cultivating global talents

Jeisys Medical conducted a service engineer training at Jeisys Hub from September 7th to 8th. The focus of this training was on installation and after-sales service for the LINEA and DENZA equipment. Ponoda, the deputy of the GS team, conducted the training, targeting engineers from the US, Australia, and the APAC region. The training aimed to provide practical guidance on equipment installation and service methods that could be applied in various overseas distributor locations. 

During the first session, participants learned about equipment installation methods, including how to inspect new products and manage equipment safely and efficiently before hospital installation. They also received training on the basic operation of the equipment to enhance their ability to handle it effectively.

The second session focused on service and after-sales approaches, including troubleshooting and in-depth training for engineers. Advanced engineering-level training was provided on problem-solving techniques for LINEA and DENZA equipment, covering areas such as communication, output, SMPS performance, sensors, and UI control procedures. 

Additionally, practical training was provided on equipment repair and parts replacement processes to accumulate real-world experience. The training covered hardware troubleshooting and repair methods, as well as software setup approaches.

Ponoda, the deputy head of the GS team, expressed his(or her) hopes that this training would enhance the practical skills of overseas distributor engineers, enabling them to actively contribute on the global stage with passion and expertise.
