Jeisys Hub installed a special relaxation space called 'Hub' based on the feedback from employees, through the company culture survey conducted for Jeisys employees called 'What's Up Jeisys,'

The 'Hub' is designed to serve as a central space where Jeisians can communicate beyond the limitations of physical space. The entire space design, from interior to all other aspects, was directly handled by the Corporate Culture Team to ensure that it reflects the essence of Jeisys Medical the best.

The 'Hub' consists of a total of five spaces designed to provide employees with comfortable and beneficial experiences.

All Hub, Snack Bar, Massage Chair Room, Community Hub, Green Hub

The All Hub is designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere for employees to enjoy coffee and engage in casual conversations while taking a break. Based on employees' preferences, rocking chairs, long sofas, and other seating options are available. Surrounding the area, there is also a free snack bar and a massage chair room for employees to enjoy snacks and utilize massage chairs during their break time.

Furthermore, the Community Hub is equipped with mobile individual desks to facilitate video meetings, large-scale meetings, and training sessions. The Green Hub, intended for interview rooms, is expected to be actively utilized for welcoming new talents.

Jeisys Medical expressed its commitment to creating a comfortable and enjoyable working environment by actively incorporating employees' opinions into the design of the Hub. Through supporting high-quality relaxation and interaction among employees, the company aims to strengthen communication and solidarity within the organization.
