In July, the Corporate Culture Team unveiled the renewed Welcome Kit of Jeisys Medical.

The "Welcome Kit" is a welcoming gift given to newly hired employees on their first day of work. The newly redesigned Welcome Kit reflects Jeisys' unique identity and practicality.

Upon opening the package, newly hired employees are greeted with a warm welcome message from the CEO, and on the back of the message, they can find a manual detailing the contents of the Welcome Kit. The manual highlights Jeisys' core values of 'Pride,' 'Solidarity,' and 'Communication' as keywords for the main items.

Items that instill 'Pride' include Jeisys notebooks, laptop stands, and umbrellas. With these items, new employees can learn about the way exceptional Jeisys employees work, and they can proudly feel like a part of a company that cares about their well-being, even on rainy days.

Items fostering 'Solidarity' include Jeisys pens and mouse pads. With their simple design, these quality products are prepared to make employees feel properly equipped and foster a strong sense of belonging among those who use the same products.

Lastly, for promoting 'Communication' within Jeisys, stainless steel mugs and communication coupons are provided. Emphasizing the importance of communication and fostering camaraderie among employees, communication coupons are included in the tumbler for use as needed, allowing new employees to feel more comfortable getting closer to existing employees. The newly unveiled Welcome Kit is being distributed to new employees starting from July.

Welcoming once again the new recruits who are embarking on a new journey, Jeisys hopes to become a workplace that its employees can be proud of.
