On June 30th to July 1st, a two-day training session and Half Kick Off Meeting for the new product Density were held at the JMJ (Jeisys Medical Japan) office located in Shinagawa, Japan.
On the first day, the training was conducted by the PS (Practice Support) team from the headquarters in Korea for the sales and marketing team members of the Japan branch, with interpretation provided by the Japan Business Team. Additionally, the Corporate Culture Team conducted a photo shoot session.
The session featured explanations about the latest equipment from Jeisys Medical, a renowned company, including the DENSITY, a 6.78MHz high-density high-frequency device, and the Linear Z HIFU device, which enables innovative fat control and design lifting capabilities. Following the training, a Q&A session was conducted.
On the second day, after discussions on the launch strategy for the new product DENSITY at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel, the Half Kick Off Meeting commenced. The meeting began with a welcome message from CEO Kang Dong Hwan, followed by presentations on the achievements and future goals of each department, including the Management Strategy Division, Customer Success Division, Management Division, Human Resources Division, and Pharmacy Division, as well as newly established departments. The presentations aimed to share departmental achievements and objectives, facilitating discussions on future visions.
Following the meeting, all participants enjoyed networking and camaraderie over a huge party meal. Moreover, it was announced that JMJ would expand the President Award Project, which supports outstanding employees by funding family trips.
The JMJ Half Kick Off Meeting was a meaningful event aimed at strengthening communication and cooperation between Jeisys Medical Korea and Japan, sharing organizational goals, and recognizing employees' achievements. It provided an opportunity for employees to be acknowledged for their contributions, share the organization's direction and vision, and enhance teamwork. It is anticipated that efforts to improve organizational performance and satisfaction will continue based on the outcomes of this meeting.
