Conducting global business etiquette training for overseas buyers' conferences.

Jeisys Medical, as a global leader in medical aesthetics, conducted a business etiquette training for its employees on May 11th. The training aimed to equip the staff with global business manners, inviting Lee Jun EE, the representative of the Korean Followership Center, as the lecturer to educate them on the etiquette required during meetings with overseas buyers.

 

A total of 33 employees from various departments including APAC Team, GS Team, HR Team, Medical Affairs Team, Practice Support Team, Global Business Team, Corporate Culture Team, Sales Teams 1 to 3, Sales Development Team, and Sales Strategy Team participated in the training.

 

The training took place at the Jasmine Center, an affiliated medical institution of Jeisys Medical located in Gangnam. It covered understanding of business etiquette, international standards of business manners, and learning appropriate responses through various case studies in key situations.

From invitations to hospitality, detailed protocols for encounters were taught, followed by procedures for meeting preparations and proceedings, and even etiquettes for dining in various cultural settings.

 

Jeisys Medical, which has expanded its exports to 60 countries globally, with a growth rate exceeding 60% in export revenue over the past three years, is continuously expanding its export share, particularly in Japan and North America. It is expected that through this training, participants will enhance Jeisys Medical's global competitiveness and achieve successful business expansion.
