To celebrate Family Month in May, the Corporate Culture Team has prepared various gifts for employees' families.

The provision of Family Month gifts is being evaluated as a well-planned initiative by Jeisys Medical, newly introduced as part of the company's welfare benefits in 2023. It demonstrates Jeisys Medical's organizational culture, which values not only employees but also their families, effectively showcasing the company's commitment to its employees and their families. During this Family Month event, it is reported that employees were provided with four options to choose their desired gifts through advance registration. This initiative allowed employees to select products according to their family needs, providing a valuable time for employees to feel pride as members of Jeisys while experiencing warmth in their families. Along with the gifts, personalized messages celebrating Family Month were included to add further significance to the occasion.

On May 4th, the Corporate Culture Team visited the entire office in person to personally deliver the gifts and wished everyone a happy Family Month. They emphasized the significance of the event and engraved the establishment of the Corporate Culture Team, raising high expectations among employees for Jeisys' welfare to further develop in the future.

The newly established welfare program demonstrated the company's commitment to valuing and supporting employees' homes and families. By providing various options, it showed an attitude of considering and caring for the diverse family members of employees.
