Jeisys Medical Announces that Global Sales of ‘POTENZA’ Exceed 3,000 Units
Jeisys Medical Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Dong-hwan, hereafter referred to as Jeisys Medical) announced on the 27th that global sales of its aesthetic medical device ‘POTENZA’ have surpassed 3,000 units.
Launched in 2019, POTENZA has received approvals in various countries, including South Korea, the United States, Europe, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia. POTENZA is an RF (Radio Frequency) device that offers customized treatments for different skin concerns using a total of 14 tips, including 11 invasive and 3 non-invasive types. The device delivers RF energy to the skin layers, inducing tissue coagulation.
POTENZA allows practitioners to choose between a monopolar mode, which delivers RF energy to the deeper layers of the skin, and a bipolar mode, which targets the more superficial layers, thus supporting treatments tailored to the patient's skin condition. Notably, POTENZA’s pumping mode generates positive pressure as the micro-needles are withdrawn from the skin, assisting practitioners with various treatment protocols.
Jeisys Medical’s HIFU aesthetic medical device, LinearFirm (known as ULTRAcel Q+ overseas), launched in 2017, also achieved 3,000 units sold. Jeisys Medical stated, “With POTENZA and LinearFirm included in our key product lineup, more than four devices are being installed daily in global hospitals.”
A company representative added, “We are continuing to expand our sales through a global network, including establishing local subsidiaries in Japan and Australia. We invest approximately 10% of our sales revenue in R&D, and with more than 30% of our workforce dedicated to research and development, we are maintaining a high level of product competitiveness.”
